A solution to a parking problem.

By utilizing an existing large vacant site located between Langtree Avenue and Lime Avenue and abutting the Seventh Street boundary, a multi-story carparking would not only put an end to high volume usage of the restaurant precinct, but provide a focal point for patron parking to all future precinct projects. The highly decorative facade treatment utilizes a parametric screen to suggest the movement of water, that is the mighty Murray River. The continuation of the historical planting of Washingtonia Palms, addresses the height of the building and compliments he vertically of the screen elements.

The facility should be able to encompass over 250 vehicles with ease of walking distances to restaurants and future precinct projects, such as farmer markets and galleries.
